To exchange or return an item, here is what you need to know:
We offer a 30-day trial period which begins from the date you receive your order, in which you can try out the item. If you're not happy with it, you can exchange or return it within these 30 days, unless otherwise indicated in our exceptions.
Any unwanted or unsatisfactory items should reach us undamaged and within this period. Returns after the 30-day trial period will be solely at our discretion, together with those that are sent without initiating a return request first.
It should however be noted that:
- The cost of return-shipping is non-refundable.
- The delivery cost of your initial order is also non-refundable.
- Some items are exempt from being returned – perishable goods (such as food, flowers, etc.); newspapers, magazines or books with obvious signs of use; health and personal care items (such as intimate or sanitary goods); hazardous material (such as flammable liquids or gases); downloadable products.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts through no fault of ours won’t be accepted.
- You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you’re shipping an item worth over $75, because we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
Once we receive the returned item(s) we will initiate the process to refund the value of the goods. The refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Refunds (where applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the same. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
On approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original mode of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Should you prefer a like for like exchange, please let us know.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, besides notifying them of the return.
